BUEF – Bursa International Literature Festival will meet literature lovers with the theme "Violence" between 26 - 29 November 2026.
In 2025, the festival brought literature lovers together around the theme "Courage."

Bursa International Literature Festival is the first step of a dream nourished by the rich cultural history of our city. Believing in the power of literature to delve into the depths of the human soul, to build bridges between individuals and bring communities together, we aim to not only trace the traces of the past, but also to create hopes and thoughts for the future.

We will bring together many voices, from children's literature writers who will touch the imagination of young people to experienced writers who will share their life experiences. Together with authors of adult and children's literature, we will share universal stories, cultural differences and the diversity of life.
