She was born in 1968 in Pazaryeri, Bilecik. Her educational life took place in Bursa. She graduated from the Department of Biology at Uludağ University. Her short story books Sızı, Yüzüne Sabah Çiyi Düşmüş, and Sana da Güle Güle Nezahat were published. This year, her essay book Devinimler was published by Everest Publishing. Her short stories and articles have been featured in publications such as Varlık, Kitap-lık, K24, Evrensel Kültür, Notos, Akatalpa Öykü, Bursa'da Yaşam, Eliz Edebiyat, Bursa Defteri, Keçi Edebiyat, Radikal Pazar, and BirGün Pazar. She is a member of PEN Turkey and Writers Syndicate of Turkey. She currently serves as the Head of the Culture Department at the Municipality of Bursa.
