Tuğçe Isıyel was born in 1986 in Istanbul. She is the author of Ya Hiç Karşılaşmasaydık and Parçalı Bulutlu. She contributed to the book Tezer Özlü'ye Armağan with her articles and prepared the story book İstanbul'un Sakinleri for publication. Since 2012, her articles in the genres of reviews, essays and criticisms have been published in various media such as Varlık, Psikeart, K24, bianet, Birgün, Gazete Duvar. As a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist, she continues her psychotherapy studies at Polente Psychology, which she founded.
